Lucious Hailey, Chief Executive Officer

Lucious is the CEO of New Horizons Treatment Center and, in that capacity, oversees the entire operation of the agency and ensures care of the clients, as well as is responsible for ensuring that organizational policies and procedures are developed to meet the expectations of consumers, personnel, stakeholders, and accrediting/regulatory bodies.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Carolina University and brings to the agency vast experience from multiple segments of the mental health field.

Wanda (Tami) Hailey, LCMHC

​

Tami, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, has also worked in multiple segments of the mental health field and currently provides clinical oversight and Outpatient Therapy at New Horizons Treatment Center.   Tami has a Bachelors of Science Degree from the University of NC in Greensboro, NC, and a Masters of Arts degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University.

Together Lucious and Tami work to provide exceptional service, build collaborative relationships in the community, and facilitate the development of and opportunities for personal growth and community integration for the clients.  They actively and sincerely care about the quality of the consumers' lives and that is what governs the way they conduct their business and what sets New Horizons Treatment Center apart from the rest of the market.
